Owners Lora and Brad Backus follow in the footsteps of the former Resort Property Management Co. to bring professional, customer oriented property management services to northern Michigan. We specialize in the rental and management of Michigan vacation homes and condos in the Petoskey, Harbor Springs area, including properties on Lake Michigan, Crooked Lake and other waterfront properties.

Lora has several years of experience managing Harbor Cove Condominiums and several other condo associations in the Petoskey - Harbor Springs area. Brad has a BS in accounting and has a background in corporate accounting, but decided to join Lora in expanding their family business, Resort Property Rentals & Management.

Brad manages the rental program while Lora runs the association side of the business. With great organizational skills, current technology and a love for the hospitality industry, Brad and Lora are ready to manage and rent your northern Michigan home, cottage or condominium.
